we can learn so much from those around us and those before us. take a minute through out your day and just think about what has come before you; think how you can improve that foundation and build yourself into the structure of this life. find a nice bench and have a sit, let the air come into your lungs and fill you up with life and inspiration. let the molecules swirl into your brain; let the gears turn.
